We're unable to accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds, except in the case of a manufacturing error. If your order arrives with a defect in sewing or construction, or made differently from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll gladly repair, remake or refund it. Made-to-order pieces ship 2–3 weeks after payment. Batch and presale orders ship on the date listed in the product description. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
