Return and Exchange Policy

Our Return Policy:

• Time Frame: Return within 14 days of receiving the item per USPS tracking. 
• Options: Exchange it for a different size or style (if available), or opt for store credit to find the perfect fit next time.
• A Few Gentle Reminders:
  • Clearance items are final sale. 
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To start a return, mail the order back to our store address, 3920 Sandpine Way, Panama City, Florida, 32404. Return Shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. 

Shipping Policy Timeline:

• Fulfillment Timeline: Monday - Friday, typically within 48 hours of placing the order.
• Shipping Fees: USPS Ground Advantage is $6.50 flat rate, USPS Priority is $8.50 flat rate. All orders $125+ enjoy free shipping. 
• Local Pickup: Orders are typically fulfilled and ready for pickup the same day they are placed, within business hours, 8am-5pm, 7 days a week. However, we kindly ask for 24 hours to notify you. You will receive an email notification when the order is ready for pickup, and you may text to confirm pickup time (850)-532-4696.
