Every Seaside Proper piece is made to order in small batches in our Florida sewing room, so all sales are final. We're unable to accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds, except in the case of a manufacturing error. If your order arrives with a defect in sewing or construction, or made differently from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll gladly repair, remake or refund it. Made-to-order pieces ship 2–3 weeks after payment. Batch and presale orders ship on the date listed in the product description. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
