Our Return Policy:
- Time Frame: Return within 14 days of receiving the item per USPS tracking.
- Options: Exchange it for a different size or style (if available), or opt for store credit to find the perfect fit next time.

To start a return, mail the order back to our store address, 3920 Sandpine Way, Panama City, Florida, 32404. Return Shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.

- Fulfillment Timeline: Monday - Friday, typically within 48 hours of placing the order.
- Shipping Fees: USPS Ground Advantage is $6.50 flat rate, USPS Priority is $8.50 flat rate. All orders $125+ enjoy free shipping.
- Local Pickup: Orders are typically fulfilled and ready for pickup the same day they are placed, within business hours, 8am-5pm, 7 days a week. However, we kindly ask for 24 hours to notify you. Welcome! At The Seaside Proper Children’s Company, we release new pieces often—some are ready to ship, and others are offered through presale. Here’s what you need to know if you’re new:
What’s a Presale?
Presale items are available to purchase before they arrive to us. This guarantees you get the size and style you love, but it does require waiting while the items are made and shipped to us.
How Shipping Works:
You have two options when it comes to presale shipping:
1. Single Checkout = One Shipment
If you order multiple presale pieces with different delivery months in one order, your entire order will ship together once the last item is ready. This is great if you’re okay with waiting and want to keep shipping simple.
2. Shipping Membership – $18
Want your items as soon as they arrive? Our shipping membership covers unlimited orders for 3 months. That means we’ll ship your items as soon as they land—no waiting for the last piece to come in. It’s perfect if you order often or from multiple releases.
3. Separate Orders = Separate Shipments
You can also choose to check out separately for different presale months. This way, each month’s items ship as they arrive—standard shipping rates apply per order.
Why It Matters:
This setup gives you flexibility. Whether you want to receive items right away or wait for one shipment, you’re in control.
